Terms of Service

Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Voxa Speak workflow automation platform (the “Service”), provided by Kabosh Digital Pty. Ltd. (“Voxa Speak,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you’re using the Service on behalf of an organization, you’re agreeing on its behalf and confirming you have authority to do so.

The Service

Voxa Speak lets you design workflows on a visual canvas, run them on a durable execution engine, connect them to your own systems via connectors, and optionally delegate steps to an AI agent backed by a language-model provider you configure. Voxa Speak is offered both as a hosted Service and as self-hosted software, depending on your plan.

Accounts and access

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for safeguarding your account credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
  • Send spam, or build workflows whose primary purpose is unsolicited bulk communication.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or connected systems.
  • Reverse engineer or interfere with the Service’s normal operation, or probe/scan its infrastructure without authorization.
  • Use the Service to process data you don’t have the right to process, including through connectors or the AI agent step.

Your content and workflows

You retain ownership of the workflow definitions, connector configurations, and data you create or process in the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us the limited right to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you - for example, executing the workflows you build and calling the connectors you configure.

You’re responsible for Your Content and for the connectors and third-party services (including any LLM provider) you choose to connect, including having the rights needed to send data to them.

Third-party connectors and AI providers

Connectors let workflows call third-party systems you configure - HTTP APIs, email providers, and LLM providers such as DeepSeek, OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini. Those third parties provide their own services under their own terms, and we’re not responsible for their acts, omissions, availability, or output. An AI agent step’s output is generated by a third-party model and may be inaccurate - you’re responsible for reviewing and validating it before relying on it.

Fees

Fees, billing terms, and any free-usage limits for a hosted plan are as described at signup or in an order form. Self-hosted use is governed by the license terms provided with your deployment. [Add pricing/ billing specifics once finalized.]

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, including acceptable-use violations, and (where practical) will give notice first. You may stop using the Service, or cancel a paid plan, at any time in accordance with your order form or account settings.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Service, or output from an AI agent step, will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular decision you make based on it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kabosh Digital Pty. Ltd. won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. [Add a liability cap consistent with your commercial terms once finalized.]

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the effective date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
